Brewery and Tasting Room

Newport Construction is providing Construction Management services for the conversion of 20,000 SF of existing warehouse space into a fully functioning brewery as well as a restaurant and tasting room.  This project involves extensive slab removal to allow for the plumbing and drainage of both the brewery area and the two separate restaurant kitchen areas.  The project will also feature multiple exterior coolers as well as a full service bar area with a converted shipping container housing beer kegs.  Also highlighting this area will be an authentic polish smokehouse and an exterior dining and biergarten area with permeable pavers and extensive landscaping.
