New Cantina

General Contractor for the Design-Build construction of a new 3000 SF restaurant.  This project entailed full demolition and reworking all MEP to accommodate raising the ceiling by 12 feet to create an expansive dining experience.  The kitchen was expanded and remodeled, and a new custom bar was also included in the project.
