55,000 SF Luxury Hotel

Project Manager of the construction while with Mashburn Construction of the 55,000 square foot four-story four diamond hotel.  The project consisted of 50 guest rooms, a full service restaurant with two bars, rooftop  patio,  art gallery, full service wine blending bar, fitness center and conference area.  This project was staged in a one-half block area in downtown Charleston while integrating a tower crane for the post-tension slab and steel construction.
