Waterfront Restaurant

Newport Construction was selected as the General Contractor for this Design-Build Renovation of the existing 8000SF restaurant at the Isle of Palms Marina.  The project included extensive structural demolition at the interior and exterior of the building.  New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed as well as a new roof and all new finishes.  A 2-story structural deck overlooking the water was constructed as well as a 70LF wraparound bar and rooftop deck.
