Morrison Yard Offices

Newport Construction was selected as a team member for the construction of the 7th floor office space at the new nine story Morrison Yard building.  The project consisted of several office suites with panoramic views of both the Cooper River and downtown Charleston to accommodate multiple tenants.  Construction was completed ahead of schedule on a compressed timeline and consisted of new electrical, HVAC, glass walls at the offices, high end exposed ceiling design elements, millwork and casework.
